It has been found that 80% of all infections are spread by hands. So wash your hands regularly with a hand sanitizer or at least with soap and water for around 20 seconds.

It is advised to keep you warm during the cold seasons and avoid sudden temperature changes as it can lead to developing a cold. In order to prevent contact with unwanted germs, it is recommended to keep your nose and mouth covered if you are going outside.

Start building your immune system by eating fruits and vegetables like papayas, carrots, oranges, guavas, limes, onion and rice which are rich in Vitamin A and C. you can also drink green or black tea.
