<p style="text-align: justify;">Vietnamese noodle dishes are prepared in two ways: wet or dry. I prefer my pasta Vietnamese dishes prepared in soups. Soups are usually prepared in large quantities. The  main reason why I prepare large quantities is because it takes the same  amount of time to prepare the soup is enough for a small family of four  or a large family of twelve. The other reason is a force of habit. I grew up with a large family of nine including my parents and six brothers. Everything is prepared in large quantities. Therefore, I find it useful and fun way to prepare large quantities for a party with friends or a family reunion large.</p>
