<p style="text-align: justify;">In  an era of abundance lotions, drugs readily available and easily  accessible knowledge on almost everything, many people suffer from a  sometimes embarrassing condition that is impossible to hide acne, a  condition that can affect self-worth, and how others treat them. In this article, I will share with you a not-so-popular treat acne, but very effective. Today  I&#8217;m going to share with you because it is better to treat acne with raw  foods, the vitamins and minerals may be missing if you have acne, and  some sources of food raw materials that have these nutrients.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">First, an overview of why many people have acne. Your  skin is actually an organ of elimination, that is, your skin is a way  of releasing the body of toxins, such as when you sweat. Acne is simply the skin by removing toxins that your body is overloaded. So to prevent your body to get rid of these toxins, the best way is to not put toxins in your body, in the first place. Many  people have put so many toxins in their bodies that even the best  lotions and medicines out there to alleviate acne have limited success,  if necessary, since they are not addressing the real problem: too many  toxins in the body. raw  foods help to cleanse your body of these toxins with their high fiber  and water content, and at the same time, they have the nutrients  necessary to combat and prevent acne, as well as a number of other  health threats. A change of a diet rich in raw foods, or better yet, only raw and is the best treatment of acne. As Hippocrates said, &#8220;Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be thy food.&#8221;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Before  going into what those vitamins and minerals that have acne may be  deficient in, let me say here that drinking water is also essential for  healthy skin, which is simply an outward sign of a healthy body. The  water cleanses us from within, and is essential to our well-being, as  we are composed of about 67% water, and this has to supply every day to  achieve and maintain wellness. So be sure to receive plenty of water, as this goes a long way in overcoming acne.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In  my directory graph, which can be accessed for free on my site, you see  that acne can mean a lack of vitamin A, B6, B complex, vitamin F, and  potassium. When  you look at the daily intake of these nutrients, and compare this with  what you are getting per day (many people are severely deficient in  potassium and vitamin A), it will become clearer what your acne  treatment should be, when you examine what have and have not been eating.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">You  can also see from these graphs that these vitamins and minerals are  depleted by diets rich in sugars, salt and saturated fats, alcohol,  coffee, and even stress, as well as other factors. A list of what you inhibits the absorption of each vitamin or mineral, called &#8220;anti-vitamins&#8221;, is located in the chart. Many people do not absorb vitamins, even though they get from raw food to their intake of these &#8220;anti-vitamin substances.</p>

Some ingredients may be hard to find, such as Rejuvelac (the fermented liquid drained from sprouted grains), sprouted flour, date sugar, young coconut milk, carob powder and Celtic sea salt.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">People must be aware that certain nutritional deficiencies can occur on the raw food diet, including:</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Calcium</li>
<li>Iron</li>
<li>B12 – The <em>Journal of Nutrition</em> study found that a raw food diet increased levels of homocysteine due to vitamin B-12 deficiency.</li>
<li>Protein</li>
<li>Calories</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Critics of the raw food diet say while it’s true that some enzymes are inactivated when food is heated, it doesn’t matter because the body uses its own enzymes for digestion. In addition, cooking makes certain phytochemicals easier to absorb, such as beta-carotene in carrots.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Another critique is that the human body has changed in response to eating cooked foods. Some of these changes are that are jaws and teeth have become smaller, our stomachs have shrunk, and our small intestines have grown longer, lengthening the digestive surface area.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to other alternative diet theories, such as macrobiotics, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicine, a raw-only diet may not be appropriate for people living in colder climates or for people with certain constitutional types.</p>
