First, an overview of why many people have acne. Your skin is actually an organ of elimination, that is, your skin is a way of releasing the body of toxins, such as when you sweat. Acne is simply the skin by removing toxins that your body is overloaded. So to prevent your body to get rid of these toxins, the best way is to not put toxins in your body, in the first place. Many people have put so many toxins in their bodies that even the best lotions and medicines out there to alleviate acne have limited success, if necessary, since they are not addressing the real problem: too many toxins in the body. raw foods help to cleanse your body of these toxins with their high fiber and water content, and at the same time, they have the nutrients necessary to combat and prevent acne, as well as a number of other health threats. A change of a diet rich in raw foods, or better yet, only raw and is the best treatment of acne. As Hippocrates said, “Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be thy food.”
