<p style="text-align: justify;">These properties are associated with a reduced risk of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. For example, a study published in the <em>Journal of Nutrition</em> found that consumption of a raw food diet lowered plasma total cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations.</p>
