I am sure you all know by now that fast food affects your health. You’re out shopping and notice that it is almost lunch time. You still haven’t finished getting everything you need and right about now there is a hunger in your stomach.
What do you do?
Well, you could go into the nearest supermarket and look around for a low fat chicken salad whole meal roll and a small bottle of water. Then you would have to wait in the queue behind the heavy set woman who is offloading her over filled trolley and seems to be ready to pay by credit card.
Or, you could just pop into the burger joint that you passed 10 seconds ago and jump in that fast moving queue.
Most of us at some time or another have gone for option two, after all, it is cheap, easy and you get to eat within a few minutes. There is nothing wrong with doing this once in a while; you have to treat yourself sometimes, (if you can call that a treat), but what about those who eat this type of food on a regular basis?
