If you have suffered the embarrassment and misery of acne you will realize that acne is real pretty bad, but the prospect of long-term scare makes things much worse.
There are several modern treatments to remove acne scars, such as laser resurfacing and dermabrasion, which involves burning away and grinding away the scar tissue so that the fabric of healthy skin can grow in its place. Do not get me wrong I’m not advising against these treatments, and if you click on the link to my blog I discuss them at length here. I think it’s best to try natural treatments first and inexpensive as these might be effective to remove acne scars
Oatmeal Cleanser
This is simply a mixture of powdered oatmeal and rose water to form a paste that can then be applied to the skin. This will have the effect of eliminating the existing pimples and reduce any scaring. The paste should be applied on a daily basis for about fifteen minutes and then rinse with cold water.
Honey
Similarly, as the cleaning Oatmeal honey is applied to the affected area and left for about 15 minutes before being washed with cold water. Honey has natural enzymes that neutralize bacteria and acne at the same time, helps to remove acne scars as well.
Lemon juice
Lemon juice should be applied with a cotton ball or pad and rinsed of a few minutes. This has a twofold effect, as the acid in the lemon juice will help to reduce the upper layers of scar tissue and natural bleaching agents will help to remove the appearance of redness.
Aloe Vera
As you may well be aware Aloe Vera has many health benefits including the treatment of acne scars. You must apply the gel inside the leaves of aloe vera on the affected area and that soothe the skin and help clear acne scars and helps to regenerate healthy skin tissue. The gel must be applied for about an hour before being washed away.
These are natural remedies and should be fine for the skin of many people. If you have a reaction to a stop using them immediately. In addition to these natural treatments is also good advice to drink five pints of water per day and eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables to maintain a healthy color.

Tetanus is a potentially fatal disease: it acts very quickly and often kills before the body’s natural primary response can take place. There are about 1million cases of tetanus a year with between 300,000-500,000deaths. It is a global problem because tetanus spores, which cause the infection, are everywhere. However, due to vaccination programmes, tetanus is rare in the UK with only about 10 cases a year; the main problems are encountered in developing countries where vaccines may be too expensive and equipment may not be properly sterilised.
Coriander seed and cilantro leaves have many known health benefits and researchers are finding more every day. Here are 13 known benefits:
For centuries aboriginal people from Australia have been using the tea tree’s leaves to treat skin infections. Tea tree oil, also known as melaleuca oil or manuka oil is stream-distilled from the leaves of this plant which grown in Australia or New Zealand. Brought by Captain Cook from its native Australia in the 1770s, the oil is produced from the Melaleuca Alternifolia tree.
