How to Make Amazing Baked Pasta Quickly and Easily
Baked pasta is the ideal dish for a party buffet or a lunch or dinner at home. It provides large surpluses and can easily be frozen for another meal. Council always serve baked pasta with vegetables as a fresh green salad, green beans or Italian.
Here are the ingredients you need:
1 package of short tube pasta like rigatoni.
32 ounces pasta sauce – a real quick, use a sauce “good” jar Italian
15 ounces ricotta cheese – low fat does not remove the taste, then I recommend that you use for this dish.

13×7 pan or 2 smaller
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

3. Cook for just over half the normal time. For the rigatoni, I have time for about 7 minutes. Here is one of the secrets … just cook the pasta 1 / 2 just below Aldente. It will continue to bake.
4. Drain the pasta and set aside.

6. Add a layer of pasta, do not be shy, it takes only 2 layers.
7. Put a layer of sauce over the pasta, making sure to cover everything. Do not be shy.
8. Put a layer of ricotta cheese with about 3 / 4 of the container.
9. Mix everything together gently so it is evenly dispersed.
10. Add the remaining dough on top then the sauce, then add the ricotta and Romano.
11. Mix everything together and make sure the sauce covered all the dough to prevent drying out.
12. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 365 degrees F. for 25-35 minutes.
- Note – Once the sauce starts bubbling from the bottom of the pot, you know it’s over. I always suggest a test of taste though.
Some advice I would mention it anyway. First, you can add to this dish of meat such as meatballs. Make sure the meat is precooked. Second tip, do not tell anyone how easy it is to do! It took me less than 15 minutes to prepare this dish.

1 / 2 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 / 4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
4 oz flaked crab meat or imitation, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. On a 12 or 13-inch baking pan, baking stone or arrange the triangles in a circle with the points in the middle. Using a lightly floured pizza roller or rolling pin, roll the dough into a circle, pressing seams together to seal in one piece of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove crust from oven and cool completely. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and dill. Add lemon zest to the mixture of cream cheese and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over cooled crust. Spread the sauce over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the cucumber, bell pepper and crab meat over the cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut pizza and serve.
EASY SHRIMP JUMPED
2 tablespoons butter or butter flavored shortening
1 large clove garlic, cut into quarters
1 / 2 teaspoon dried dill
1 / 2 small books that are fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
In a small pan melt the butter or reduced, add the garlic and herb dill. Cook stirring over low heat until the garlic begins to turn light brown. Discard the garlic. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the color is opaque. Drain shrimp on paper towels. Serve immediately.

Baked Ziti is a simple and popular Italian dish that you can do at home alone. All you have to do is follow the basic recipe listed below.
La Salsa
While you could use Jarred marinara sauce of baked ziti, if you’re really short time, the pot will be much better if you do it alone. Mastering marinara sauce that is not difficult, and it provides a basis for a variety of pasta dishes, including baked ziti.
To make the marinara sauce, you need to get the following ingredients:
O 1 / 4 cup olive oil
or 4 cloves of garlic, halved
A 35 oz or imported Italian tomatoes (fresh tomatoes may be substituted if preferred)
or 3 basil leaves, washed and chopped
O Salt
O Pepper
Pour the oil in a large sauce pan and add the garlic. Lower the heat and cook until the garlic is soft and lightly browned. While cooking, crush the tomatoes, saving juice.
Add in the garlic. Add the basil and salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat so it simmers. Cook the sauce for about 20 minutes or until thickened.
Baked Ziti
Once you have your sauce on them you are ready to make your baked ziti. There is some debate as to whether the dish must contain ricotta. baked ziti does not. However, a very similar dish, Ziti Sorrentino, added the cheese in. So you can choose to add or leave this recipe as you like.
To prepare ziti in the oven, you will need the following ingredients:
A pound of pasta or ziti
or 4 cups of marinara sauce, or both shocked by the recipe above
8 ounces of fresh mozzarella or grated
Ø 1 / 2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
O Optional: 1 pound ricotta cheese
Start by cooking the pasta. You will need to bring a large pot of water to a boil and then add the ziti. Cook until almost al dente, but still a little ‘crush – will continue to cook during baking. Drain the pasta.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the mixture into a baking dish large brim. Add half the sauce, half the mozzarella cheese, and half the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
If using cheese, add in all this now. Toss with pasta until it is well mixed. Top with remaining sauce mixture, and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Cook the ziti in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately or freeze for future meals.
