2 tablespoons butter or butter flavored shortening
1 large clove garlic, cut into quarters
1 / 2 teaspoon dried dill
1 / 2 small books that are fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
In a small pan melt the butter or reduced, add the garlic and herb dill. Cook stirring over low heat until the garlic begins to turn light brown. Discard the garlic.
